June 2017, The Schoolhouse for Art

“During the June bank holiday the Schoolhouse Gallery welcomed past student Lynda Bremner for her debut solo show ‘A Year of Painting’, as the name suggests this show was a collection of works by Lynda painted in the last year and was a collection of landscapes and seascapes painted in oil on canvas and board. ‘A Year of Painting’ was opened by artist Brenda Malley on Friday the 2nd of June at 7pm and ran for 3 days and we are delighted to say was two works short of a sell out ….. not bad for a debut eh?  Lynda was a delight to work with, her work is stunning.

Thank you to everyone who came to support Lynda we had a terrific turn out and Lynda’s hard work paid off.
